Our Armed Forces programme is designed to allow talented service leavers to gain the commercial experience to complement their existing skills, enabling them to build a long term career within the Schroders group.
Individuals are selected to join one of a number of business areas, dependent on their experience and the requirements of the business. All members of the programme will be given training and development opportunities in addition to interesting and varied work on a day to day basis.
"I joined Cazenove in 2019 as part of the Military Internship Scheme. Whilst on the internship I was able to explore a number of roles within Wealth Management and was fully supported by my Line Manager when securing a permanent role. I've been promoted twice in my tenure, and really enjoy my role as a Wealth Planner. The company was very supportive with re-training and exam suport which has allowed me to developin both my professional and personal capacities. The scheme is an excellent 'foot in the door' and it's a testament to the programme that we have such a high conversion rate to permanent roles."
